To use these brushes, extract the .abr file to the Brushes folder of your Adobe Photoshop. Usually, it's under Program Files > Adobe > Photoshop > Presets > Brushes. Make sure you extract it before opening Photoshop so it'll appear in your list of brushes. If you already have Photoshop open and don't want to restart it, you can access the brushes by following this illustration.
